Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and other office tasks.
- Purchase office supplies when needed.
- Keep the pantry and meeting rooms clean and organized.
- Help with loading, unloading, and moving office items if required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and polite behavior.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit to perform daily tasks.
