Job Description
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office premises, including workstations, conference rooms, and restrooms, are neat, clean, and organized.
Pantry & Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests; maintain pantry hygiene.
Administrative Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and sorting mail.
Inventory Management: Track and replenish office and pantry supplies (stationery, groceries, toiletries).
Document Delivery: Safely deliver and collect official documents, parcels, or files between departments or outside the office.
External Errands: Run errands as needed, such as visiting the bank, making deposits, or purchasing necessary office items.
Equipment Assistance: Assist in operating basic office equipment (printers, fax machines) and reporting any facility maintenance or repair needs.
