Job Description

Core Logistics & E-commerce

  • Packaging: Securely pack e-commerce orders and books for transit.
  • Dispatch: Handle courier handovers and track outgoing parcels.
  • Inventory: Monitor stock levels of products and packing materials.

Field Work & Sourcing

  • Market Knowledge: Visit Mumbai wholesale markets (e.g., Crawford Market/Abdul Rehman St) for stationery and supplies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source quotes and pick up materials from local vendors.
  • Navigating Mumbai: Efficiently handle errands across the city using local transport.

Office & Admin Support

  • Document Handling: Read, sort, and organize office files and books.
  • Basic Computers: Update simple logs in Excel/Word and communicate via WhatsApp/Email.
  • Hospitality: Manage office cleanliness and serve tea/water to guests.
  • Banking/Utility: Handle basic banking tasks (cheques/deposits) and bill payments.

Requirements

  • Education: 10th or 12th pass with basic English reading skills.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer functions.
  • Physical Ability: Fit for travel and handling/moving packages.
  • Traits: High level of punctuality, honesty, and multi-tasking skills.
