Job Description

Job Title: Office Helper / Office Boy (Full-Time)Hamein hamare office ke daily tasks ko smooth chalane ke liye ek energetic, hardworking aur reliable Office Helper ki zaroorat hai. Agar aap punctual hain aur team ke saath milkar kaam kar sakte hain, toh hum aapse milna chahenge!

  • Key Responsibilities (Aapko kya kaam karna hoga):
  • Office Maintenance: Office ki cleaning, dusting aur seating arrangement ko hamesha clean aur organized rakhna.
  • Hospitality: Office mein aane wale guests, clients aur team members ko paani, chai, ya coffee serve karna.
  • Pantry Management: Office kitchen/pantry ka stock check rakhna (jaise chai-patti, sugar, snacks) aur zaroorat padne par market se lekar aana.
  • Document Handling: Files, documents aur couriers ko sahi jagah pahunchana. Photocopy, scanning, aur printouts nikalne mein help karna.
  • Outdoor Tasks: Bank ke chhote-mote kaam, post office jana, ya office stationery buy karne market jana.
  • Assisting Team: Baaki staff members ko unke day-to-day tasks mein assist karna.
  • Requirements (Kya qualifications honi chahiye):
  • Education: Minimum 10th ya 12th Pass hona zaroori hai.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome hain! Agar 1-2 saal ka experience hai, toh plus point hai.
  • Language: Hindi bolna aur samajhna aana chahiye. Thodi bohot basic English (letters read karna ya numbers samajhna) aani chahiye.
  • Skills & Behavior:

* Punctual (time par aana) aur honest hona chahiye.

  • Nature polite aur helpful hona chahiye.
  • Vehicle (Optional but good): Agar khud ki bike/scooter aur driving license ho toh outdoor tasks ke liye aasaani hogi.
