On Site Executive ( Field Sales Executive )

📢 *We’re Hiring: Onsite Executives (Sales Role)*

💼 *Role Overview:*

This is a sales-driven role where you’ll generate leads, meet clients, and convert them into active users on our platform.

🔑 *Key Responsibilities:*

• Reach out to clients, brokers, builders, societies & PGs via calls + field visits

• Generate leads & convert them into clients

• Conduct face-to-face meetings & onboard clients

• Build strong client relationships 🤝

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Follow up regularly to close deals

• Sell & upsell company packages

• Maintain data in CRM / tools

• Track local opportunities & expand client base

• Achieve sales targets 🎯

✅ *Requirements:*

• Graduate (any field)

• 1–2 years sales experience

• Good communication (English, Hindi & local language)

• Strong calling & selling skills

• Basic real estate knowledge (preferred)

• Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email

• Must have a 2-wheeler 🛵 (field travel required)

💰 *Salary & Benefits:*

• ₹25,000 TO 33k (in-hand)

• Travel allowance
