Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our cafes and the seamless execution of events held across multiple locations. This role demands a high degree of planning, coordination, and execution to ensure consistently excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cafe Operations:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all cafes through proactive planning and execution.
- Oversee vendor management – including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Handle recruitment, training, and scheduling of operational staff as per requirements.
- Coordinate with all service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, logistics, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- 2. Event Management:Plan and supervise the roll-out of multiple events across different cafe locations.
- Ensure consistency in communication, branding, and experience at every event.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all necessary elements (inventory, setup, staff, marketing) are in place.
- Address any operational challenges during events and ensure quick resolution.
- Key Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in F&B and/or event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in managing teams and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualities:
- Background in hospitality or food & beverage sector.
- Familiarity with operational SOPs and vendor agreements.
- Event execution and cross-location coordination experience.
