Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Operations Associate to support our warehouse operations at Miniture.

Role: Operations Associate – Warehouse (Pick, Pack & Ship)

Location: Dahisar / Naigaon, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000/month

About the role

At Miniture, every order represents a promise to a parent. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and ensures each order is handled with care and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

  • Picking products based on order requirements
  • Packing orders carefully to avoid damage
  • Shipping orders using our in-house WMS system
  • Maintaining dispatch timelines and daily SLAs
  • Supporting inventory checks and stock handling
  • Keeping the warehouse organised and clean

Who we’re looking for

  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with basic systems (WMS/scanning)
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setup
  • Strong sense of ownership
