Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Head to oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and production. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Pharma, Medical Devices, or Medical Instruments industry, with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall plant and business operations to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Maintenance functions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead capacity planning, process optimization, and risk management initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Experience with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and operational reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10–18 years of relevant experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Medical Instruments.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, quality systems, and process improvement.
• Exposure to audits, regulatory inspections, and business transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
