Job Description
Business Operations & Execution Manager – TrueTumz Treats (Prisaach Pet Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Operations Coordinator to work directly with the founder and help streamline the day-to-day functioning of a fast-growing premium pet treats brand.
This is NOT a purely administrative role.
The person will act as the operational backbone of the business — coordinating production, dispatch, vendors, packaging, procurement, quality control, marketing execution, content scheduling, and internal follow-ups to ensure that business activities are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day production workflow with workers.
• Ensure packing materials, labels, stickers, pouches, and consumables are available on time.
• Track production batches and ensure dispatch readiness
2. Order & Dispatch Management
• Print and organize Amazon / Shopify / Shiprocket order sheets (prior knowledge of these platforms is not mandatory. Training will be provided).
• Coordinate packing and dispatch execution.
• Ensure timely shipment handover.
• Maintain dispatch tracking and escalation follow-ups.
3. Procurement & Inventory Tracking
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Follow up with vendors for deliveries and timelines.
• Maintain inventory tracking sheets for all raw materials and packaging materials.
4. Marketing Execution & Content Coordination
This role DOES NOT involve creating marketing content, designing creatives, writing copy, or making marketing strategy decisions. So marketing skills are not required.
However, the person will be responsible for ensuring that marketing activities are executed on time and as planned.
• Maintain and monitor the weekly and monthly marketing execution calendar.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal team members to ensure that required content and creatives are received on time.
• Follow up on pending creatives, videos, product photographs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure that approved content is scheduled, uploaded, or handed over for publishing as per the defined marketing calendar.
5. Quality Control & SOP Compliance
• Ensure products are manufactured as per defined SOPs.
• Monitor consistency of final output.
• Identify and escalate any inconsistencies or production deviations immediately.
