Job Description
Job Description – Order Taking & Billing Executive
- Take and process online and offline guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and process guest bills as per the orders and applicable charges.
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen, and Service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Verify order details, special requests, and billing accuracy before closing the transaction.
- Handle guest queries related to orders, billing, and payment.
- Maintain proper coordination and communication between the guest and restaurant team.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience through accurate order taking, timely billing, and effective coordination.
- Maintain proper records of orders, bills, and payments as required.
