Packer & Office Boy

Office Boy & Order Packer – Pomoro (Shuru Foods Pvt. Ltd.) | Mumbai | Full-time

We are Pomoro, a clean-label Italian pasta sauce brand based in Mumbai. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll manage order fulfilment end-to-end — from printing and packing to arranging courier pickups — while also supporting general office work.

What you'll do:

• Log in to Shiprocket and Delhivery portals to download and print daily orders
• Read and stick shipping labels accurately on each package
• Pack orders carefully as per our packaging SOPs — correct product, correct box, bubble wrap where needed
• Schedule and confirm courier pickups via Shiprocket / Delhivery
• Maintain stock of packaging materials and flag when replenishment is needed
• Assist with general office tasks — filing, basic data entry, running errands
• Help the team with ad-hoc operational tasks as the business grows

What we're looking for:

• Basic computer skills — able to use a laptop, browse the internet, and operate simple portals
• Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred
• Can read English labels and shipping addresses
• Punctual, responsible, and honest — we're a small team and trust matters
• Willing to learn; prior experience with courier portals is a plus, not a must
