Job Title - Team Member – Food Packing

Job SummaryWe are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Team Members to join our food packing operations. The role involves packing food products according to quality and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring timely production to meet daily targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack food products accurately as per company standards and production requirements.
• Inspect products for quality before packing.
• Label, seal, and arrange packed products for storage or dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area at all times.
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate basic packing equipment safely and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production and packing targets.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing packing materials when required.
• Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company policy.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food packing, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills RequiredAttention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

• Standing for long hours and handling repetitive tasks.
• Shift-based work with overtime as required.
