Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential borrowers through outbound calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Consultation: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients.
- Application Processing: Collect KYC documents, financial statements, and verify applicant information.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate creditworthiness, debt-to-income ratios, and repayment capacity.
- Coordination: Liaise with underwriters and operations teams to secure timely loan approvals and disbursements
Qualification 12th minimum
Experience - 0 to 5 years.
Gender - Male Female Both.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly loan disbursement volume
- Processing turnaround time (TAT)
- Portfolio delinquency and default rates
