Role

• Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries during training sessions.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals and health experts to create holistic wellness plans that incorporate nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and support.
• Stay updated with the latest sports science research and fitness trends to continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Lead group training sessions and workshops, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Assist in the promotion of Cult.Fit’s brand and values by participating in community events and fitness challenges.

Qualifications:

• Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification. 
• Proven experience as a strength and conditioning trainer or in a similar role. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. 
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. 
• A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals.
