Pest Control Technician

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for carrying out pest management services at customer locations in accordance with company standards, safety guidelines, and customer requirements. The role involves inspection, identification of pest infestations, treatment application, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional client sites to identify pest infestations.
• Perform pest control treatments for insects, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, and other pests using approved methods and chemicals.
• Prepare and apply pesticides, chemicals, traps, and other pest management solutions safely and effectively.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during service execution.
• Maintain service records, treatment reports, and customer documentation accurately.

Maintain service equipment, tools, and protective gear in good condition.

Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.

Adhere to company attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.

• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
