Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list
Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit
Label and prepare packages for shipment
Check items for quality and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Assist in inventory counting and stock management
Follow company safety guidelines
Skills Required
Basic reading and counting skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina (lifting, standing, walking)
Teamwork and discipline
Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Freshers can apply
Prior warehouse experience is an added advantage
Working Conditions
Warehouse environment
Shift-based work (day/night shifts possible)
May require overtime
