Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the entire production cycle through external vendors (dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing)

Identify, onboard, and manage job workers and production vendors

Plan production timelines and ensure smooth workflow between multiple vendors

Follow up regularly with dyers, embroiderers, and stitching units to meet deadlines

Conduct quality checks at different stages (fabric, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, final finishing)

Handle fabric issuance and track movement across vendors

Maintain production records, order tracking, and inventory status

Negotiate costing and manage vendor payments in coordination with accounts

Troubleshoot delays, rework, and production issues

Ensure consistency in output quality across vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in garment production, sourcing, or vendor coordination

Strong understanding of fabrics, dyeing processes, embroidery techniques, and garment construction

Experience working with job workers / outsourced production units

Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
