Program Associate

Program Execution & Field Work

Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and engage with beneficiaries.

Organize and facilitate workshops, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community events.

Support the successful implementation and evaluation of organizational programs.

Institutional Collaborations & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community groups, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and collaborative initiatives.

Assist in volunteer and intern engagement activities.

Support donor engagement, partnership development, and follow-up communications.

Represent the organization at networking events, college outreach programs, and community engagements.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project records, beneficiary data, attendance sheets, and activity reports.

Prepare field reports, impact stories, presentations, and program updates.

Support monitoring, evaluation, and data collection processes.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in public speaking and stakeholder engagement.

Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for field visits, outreach, and partnership meetings.

Candidates should possess a passion for social impact, community development, relationship-building, and resource mobilization.
