The Project Head is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of real estate development projects. The role oversees project design, permissions, construction, budgeting, contractor management, quality control, PMC coordination, timelines, compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to defined quality standards.
