Project Manager

1. Project Manager Handle end-to-end execution of merchandise projects from order confirmation to final dispatch.
2. Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, printing, packaging, and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Manage and lead a team of 5–6 people and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
4. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before delivery.
5. Track project timelines closely and ensure all orders are completed and delivered within committed deadlines.
6. Follow up proactively with team members to get work done on time and avoid delays.
7. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely and accurate shipment of orders.
8. Maintain proper project planning, task tracking, and production updates in an organized manner.
9. Demonstrate a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving ability in day-to-day operations.
10. Candidate must be highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of handling pressure while ensuring smooth project execution
