Job Description: Project Manager – Interior Design & Build (Commercial)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and process-driven Project Manager to lead commercial and corporate interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through execution and handover—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Management: Execute interior projects by interpreting design drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations. Plan, monitor, and control project timelines and site activities.
• Design & Site Coordination: Ensure all on-site measurements, finishes, and drawings align with client-approved designs.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and skilled labor teams, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Budgeting & Procurement: Adhere to project budgets and oversee procurement of materials.
• Quality & Safety Control: Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards of workmanship.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3–8 years of proven experience in interior fit-out or turnkey commercial projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction techniques, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and ability to read blueprints.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
• Skills: Excellent communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering preferred. Naukri.com +4
