Job Description
Responsible for Managing Purchase Orders, Logistics domestic and International, freight Local, SEA and AIR, Customs clearing. Following up with the Suppliers. Price Negotiations. Inventory and warehousing Relationship Management. Critical and all office operations admin, Working with Top international companies for import from Germany, Sweden and USA As a Member of our Logistics and Operations Department , you will learn and work for This role offies a 360 degree experience. Exposure to Digital and AI Based work sourcing planning. Work with Luxury 5 star Hotel projects in India and abroad
1. Procurement (International + Domestic)
- End-to-end sourcing of wellness, spa, and med-tech equipment across global and Indian vendors
- Vendor identification, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Cost benchmarking, RFQs, and contract finalization
- Managing OEM relationships and exclusive distribution agreements where applicable
2. Import & International Logistics
- Handling complete import cycle: supplier coordination, documentation, and shipment planning
- Knowledge of HS codes, customs duties, and regulatory compliance for wellness equipment
- Liaising with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines
- Managing landed cost calculations (CIF, duties, GST, logistics)
- Ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery to site
3. Domestic Logistics & Last-Mile Execution
- Coordination of transport to project sites across India
- Vendor and installer alignment for equipment delivery and setup
- Managing timelines for multi-location projects (hotels, spas, residences)
- Minimizing delays, damages, and cost overruns
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Setting up and maintaining inventory systems (inward, outward, stock audits)
- Tracking high-value equipment and consumables
- Maintaining reorder levels and demand forecasting based on project pipeline
- Reducing dead stock and pilferage risk
5. Office Administration
- Overseeing daily office operations, vendor payments, and documentation
- Managing admin vendors (facility, IT, utilities, housekeeping)
- Supporting leadership with MIS reports, cost tracking, and operational dashboards
- Maintaining compliance documentation and audit readiness
