Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Procure materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, and other interior components

* Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers

* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers

* Raise purchase orders (POs) and track order status

* Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for material requirements

* Ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites

* Verify material quality and quantities upon delivery

* Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details

* Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory

* Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports

* Ensure cost-effective purchasing within project budgets

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Knowledge of furniture materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.)

* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Basic understanding of construction/site requirements

* Attention to detail and cost-conscious mindset

* Time management and multitasking ability

Tools & Software:

* MS Excel / MS Office

*SAP systems

Working Conditions:
