🔸 English: Basic English

🔸 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers with strong field sales skills may also apply)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Meet a minimum of 10 real estate brokers daily across the Mahim–Matunga–Dadar belt

🏢 Create awareness about project features, pricing, inventory, and offers

📈 Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and channel partners

🏡 Generate quality site visits and qualified leads through broker activation

📋 Support project promotions, walk-ins, broker events, and office visits

📝 Maintain daily reports of broker meetings, feedback, and sourcing activities

🎯 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sourcing targets

🔍 Identify new broker networks and business opportunities within the assigned territory

🤝 Coordinate with internal sales teams to maximize booking conversions

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000

💸 Incentive: ₹99,999+ (Performance-Based)

🔥 Special Incentive: 10% of Booking Value
