Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant



Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs and front desk security procedures
  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and operations
  • Manage courier services, deliveries, and outgoing mail
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Perform administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
  • Support HR/Admin teams with onboarding and coordination activities



Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-facing attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle calls, visitors, and admin tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and time management skills



Good to Have Skills

  • Experience in front office or admin roles
  • Exposure to HR coordination / onboarding activities
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and documentation



Qualification & Education

  • Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience: 2–3 Years
  • Work Mode: WFO
  • Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai
  • Working Days: 6 Days a week
  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
