Job Description
Requirements:
- Female candidates with a pleasing personality.
- Very fluent in English.
- Computer literate, proficient in responding to clients on WhatsApp promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism.
- Follow up with clients via phone calls, providing information about promotions and offers.
- Update Loyalty Program members on latest promotions and offers.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Efficiently handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist in office coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer literacy, especially in responding to clients on WhatsApp.
- Pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage reception area efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach.
