Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms.

Review resumes and applications.

Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.

Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Perform reference and background checks.

Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
