Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure achievement of recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
• Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide a good hiring experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

• ExperienceFreshers are welcome.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
