Job Title: HR Intern

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. • Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment and HR activities
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good to Have SkillsInternship or project experience in HR/Recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
• Knowledge of HRMS or ATS tools
• Social media sourcing skills
