Job Description

- Zonal / regional Sales Manager Marketing- Mumbai

1. Qualification: BE Mech/B Tech 

2. Experience: 3 To 5 Years, Preferably in Manufacturing industry as a Marketing

3. Package: As per industry standards 

4. Key skills: 

a. Passionate about Sales 

b. Responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration

c. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

d. Familiarity with the wood cutting tools industry and the specific needs of customers in that sector.  

e. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Capable of running marketing campaign and Exhibition

f. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, distributors, and internal teams.  

5. Job Description:

a. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business

b. Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales objectives. 

c. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and evaluate competitor activities. 

d. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and cultivate relationships with both existing and potential clients. 

e. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services and generate leads. 

f. Analyze and estimate annual business potential, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
