Job Title: Relationship Manager – Automobile Sales

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving vehicle sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable automobile solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain customer database and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service teams for smooth deal closure
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends

Qualifications & Experience:

• 0–5 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
