Roles & Responsibilities


  • Generate new business through field sales and customer meetings
  • Promote banking and insurance products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
  • Coordinate with branch staff and team members
  • Conduct market visits for lead generation
  • Maintain customer records and daily activity reports
  • Ensure quality customer service and follow-up suppor
