Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with clients seeking loan solutions. The role involves understanding customer financial requirements, advising suitable loan products, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring a smooth loan application and disbursement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through referrals, networking, field visits, and digital leads.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products such as:
- Home Loans
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Working Capital Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Govt schemes like CGTMSE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners to secure the best loan options for clients.
- Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated on lending policies, market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-disbursement support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in loan sales, banking, financial services, corporate advisory or DSA.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of retail and business lending products.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer financial profiles.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Monthly loan disbursement value.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Conversion ratio of leads to disbursements.
- Customer retention and referral generation.
- Turnaround time for loan processing.
