Job Description
Hiring For Motilal Oswal - Relationship Manager
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Acquire 7-8 new clients per month from the open market through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Cross-sell a wide range of third-party investment products, including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity.
- Drive revenue generation from all products within sourced accounts, ensuring continued business growth.
- Achieve a target of 5 SIPs per month, each of Rs. 2000.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored investment solutions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client management and strategic cross-selling.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, specifically in CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Good knowledge of broking and operations within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience in the broking industry is a plus.
