Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers through leads, references, and networking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial products
- Provide after-sales service including policy servicing and renewals
- Assist clients with documentation, policy issuance, and claims process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for retention and engagement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of life insurance products
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Qualification & Experience:Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services preferred
