Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer interactions.

- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or banking/financial services (depending on the role).
- Relevant certifications (optional) may be an advantage.
