Job Description
- Stability - Should be stable in one organization & same product for at least 1 year
- Incentive - Should be earning business incentive at least 4-5 months in a year
- Should be meeting 6-7 DSA/connector daily
- Should be doing activities like 200+ pamphlet distribution and /or 30 cold calls daily (shop to shop)
- Should have done rate of interest of 11-14% in MSME (LAP) OR should have done a rate of interest of 10.5 – to 12.5% in HL
- Should be log-in 7-8 files every month, disbursing at least 1 file every month
- Is looking for career and 3 years + and just not a job since we are bank
- we give good incentive and also have good credit policy
- Language - speaks at least English or Hindi fluently
