Job Description
inancial & Transactions
- Process Payments: Handle cash, credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, and UPI payments accurately.
- Operate POS: Manage the Point of Sale system to input dining, takeaway, and home delivery orders.
- Count Cash: Verify the starting cash drawer balance at the beginning of the work shift.
- Reconcile Sales: Balance the register register at the end of the shift, reporting any discrepancies.
- Issue Receipts: Provide customers with correct bills, receipts, changes, and promotional refunds.
Customer Service & Relations
- Greet Guests: Welcome arriving customers warmly and direct them to seating or takeaway lines.
- Answer Inquiries: Respond to guest questions regarding menu items, active discounts, or store hours.
- Resolve Issues: Handle billing complaints professionally or escalate complex disputes to the manager.
- Manage Phones: Take incoming phone calls for table reservations, takeaway orders, or delivery queries
