Restaurant Cashier

Key Responsibilities :

* Process cash, credit/debit card, mobile payment, and other transactions accurately.

* Greet customers professionally and assist with inquiries. Take Orders perfectly.

* Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and vouchers according to company policies.

* Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift.

* Handle customer concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

* Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

* Support inventory checks and basic administrative tasks such as bill filing, marking staff attendance, create salary files as assigned.

* Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and data loss prevention.

* Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient store operations.

* Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.

* Basic math and computer skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.

* Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

* Knowledge of cash reconciliation and basic accounting procedures.

* Strong customer service mindset.
