Function: Restaurant Operations

Job Summary:

• Lead in delivering exceptional service and maintaining an unparalleled guest experience while adhering to QSCV standards.

• Contribute to the restaurant's incremental sales through strategic suggestive selling and driving LSM.

Financial Accountability:

• Achieving shift-wise KPI's as per Si Nonna's Standards.

• Ensuring shift targets are met through suggestive selling and upselling.

• Manage people planning and positioning to achieve sales targets on a shift basis.

• Establish rapport with each guest and guide them through the Sourdough narrative and culinary excursions.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning:

• Uphold exceptional service standards.

• Provide an unparalleled customer experience.

• Adhere to all customer touch points.

• Prepare accurate and standardized hot and cold beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

• Set up tables according to the established standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the lobby area and back dishwashing area.

• Take customers on a restaurant tour and explain the Sourdough brand.

Driving P&L Discipline:

• Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance the average check value.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Adhere strictly to the established cleaning and hygiene protocols.

Ops Excellence (Customer First Mindset):

• Adhere to the company's grooming standards.

• Take Dine-In ratings/reviews and customer feedback.

• Ensure 100% LSM execution.

• Prepare hot and cold beverages as per Nonna's standards.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness as per standards.

People Management:

• Complete all announced and unannounced SOC.

• Perform and deliver the assigned targets.

Stakeholder Interactions (Within Organization):

• Supervisor

• Assistant Restaurant Manager

Geographical Scope:

• PAN India

Educational Qualification:

• 12th Pass

• Hotel Management graduate preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Server experience.
