Job Description
Shera Dhaba is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations and deliver excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily restaurant floor operations
- Supervise waiters and service staff
- Welcome and attend guests professionally
- Take and coordinate food & beverage orders
- Ensure fast and smooth table service
- Handle guest complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely service
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards
- Train junior staff and manage shift briefings
- Basic billing/POS handling knowledge preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in restaurant/hotel service
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage rush hours and team coordination
- Basic English/Hindi speaking required
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality
- Experience in dhaba / casual dining preferred
