Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesServer Responsibilities:Welcome and attend customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food & beverages on time
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Assist customers with menu-related queries
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Handle customer requests and escalate complaints when required
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
- Kitchen Support Responsibilities:Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation
- Wash, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Support in packing and plating food items
- Assist in stock arrangement and inventory handling
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
