**DesiVidesi** is a **fast-growing premium Indo-Western women's fashion brand** looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our **retail store and online business**.
**Experience:** 3–5 years
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Retail sales & customer experience
* Online order management & customer support
* Store operations
* Inventory & stock management
* Team coordination
**Requirements:**
* ✅ **Mandatory:** Experience in retail sales
* ✅ **Preferred:** Experience in the fashion/apparel industry
* ✅ **Added Advantage:** Knowledge of social media and content creation
