Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers visiting our mattress store, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers.
• Understand customers’ comfort, size, budget, and mattress requirements.
• Explain mattress features, benefits, warranty, offers, and pricing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and help customers select the right mattress.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with interested customers.
• Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads into sales.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries and basic after-sales coordination.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in mattresses, furniture, electronics, home décor, or consumer products is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident in explaining products and closing sales.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and billing systems.
• Target-oriented, presentable, and responsible.
• Candidates staying close to the store location will be preferred.

EducationMinimum 12th pass or graduate.

SalarySalary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
