Job Description
Role OverviewThe Sales Officer will be responsible for driving in-store sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires enthusiasm, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Maintain store displays, stock levels, and cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting.
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals.
- QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 0–2 years of retail or sales experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
