Job Description

Location: Borivali, Chembur

Experience: 6–10 years in premium retail / jewellery


Highlights:

• Manage day-to-day store operations & 6–10 member team

• Drive revenue, AOV and conversion for a modern, lab-grown diamond brand

• Ensure exceptional customer experience – consultations, trials, closures

• Handle stock, VM, local promotions and reporting to HO


Looking for:

• Strong experience in jewellery / luxury / premium fashion

• Stable career graph and proven target achievement

• Based in mumbai or willing to relocate on their own
