Position : Fresher - Sales Associate – Mumbai (Female preferred)

Experience : 0 - 2 years

Location : Vile Parle, Mumbai

As Sales Associate, they will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our dedicated hospitality division. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and generating sales revenue for our Hotel properties. Candidate should have good corporate tie ups.

Job description :

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Maintain client relationships in corporate & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)

Required Candidate profile

- Bachelor's in any field

- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong network and connections in the corporate segment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in MS Office and IDS software

- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours

- Well groomed & Pleasing Personality

- Age upto 20 - 25 Years

This is a Field job, candidate have to take prior appointments of corporate companies and visit them to close the deal. 80% travelling, 20% office work.
