Job Description

KRA – Customer Service & Sales Coordination

  • Follow-ups & appointments of builders.
  • Outstanding updation, distribution of O/S and follow-ups.
  • Teams (Builder Dirn) updation on Google Sheet.
  • Calling to builders for service and order.
  • Updation of daily orders and dispatches (sales) on dashboard.
  • Coordination with team for target achievement & reminders.
  • Monthly report making – target vs achievement & LY & TY, new builders added, etc.
  • Dues board BDM-wise – target vs sales.
  • Various builders newly/upcoming project details updation.
