KRA – Customer Service & Sales Coordination
- Follow-ups & appointments of builders.
- Outstanding updation, distribution of O/S and follow-ups.
- Teams (Builder Dirn) updation on Google Sheet.
- Calling to builders for service and order.
- Updation of daily orders and dispatches (sales) on dashboard.
- Coordination with team for target achievement & reminders.
- Monthly report making – target vs achievement & LY & TY, new builders added, etc.
- Dues board BDM-wise – target vs sales.
- Various builders newly/upcoming project details updation.
