Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in quotations, MIS reporting, proposals, and tender-related activities. The role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements
• Assist in proposal preparation and commercial documentation
• Maintain and update MIS reports for sales tracking
• Update of leads/deals/contacts/accounts and other updates in CRM
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams
• Track order status, follow-ups, and client communication
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support day-to-day sales coordination and reporting

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in quotation & proposal preparation
• Strong knowledge of MIS and data management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in engineering / instrumentation / industrial domain preferred
