Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and field activities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows organized by the dealership.
